The FrSky Tandem X20R and X20RS are premium Mode 2 ETHOS transmitters built around the TD-ISRM RS dual-band RF system. Both versions combine FrSky's 900MHz and 2.4GHz ecosystem support with a bright 800 × 480 touchscreen, 8GB of internal storage and a full-size, ergonomic case.

X20R or X20RS?

• X20R: fitted with M20 high-precision Hall-sensor gimbals with metal panels.
• X20RS: upgraded to all-CNC MC20R Hall-sensor gimbals with 10 ball bearings, independently configurable left/right stick haptics, an 8° rotatable panel and travel adjustment anywhere between 45° and 60°. The X20RS also adds text-to-speech in English and Chinese.

Shared features

• TD-ISRM RS internal RF module: supports 900MHz/2.4GHz TD mode, dual-2.4GHz TW mode, ACCESS 2.4GHz, ACCESS R9 and ACCST D16.
• High-brightness touchscreen: 800 × 480 display running the ETHOS operating system.
• Expanded controls: two angle-adjustable side sliders, two knobs, four standard trims, two extra trims, six front quick-mode buttons and two rear momentary buttons.
• 8GB internal storage: with a TF-card slot for expansion.
• Field-ready features: six-axis gyroscope, haptic and voice alerts, PARA wireless trainer support and a Lite external-module bay.
• USB-C: data connection and in-transmitter charging for a suitable 2S Li-ion battery.
