A sharp, warming Non-Alcoholic Gin Alternative with Yorkshire Rhubarb & Ginger from Spirit of Virtue
๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ Proudly produced in Scotland โ a premium alcohol-free gin alternative from the creators of Glen Dochus, Dochus and Sobour.
Pearsons Botanicals is the gin-style expression from Spirit of Virtue โ handcrafted on a base of 50-year-old Deeside mineral water, filtered through the Grampian mountains, and built from 100% natural botanicals. The Rhubarb & Ginger features rhubarb grown in Yorkshire โ a genuine provenance story โ and arrives with a beautiful deep pink colour that makes it as striking in the glass as it is on the bar. No wonder itโs one of our best sellers into pubs and bars.
A note from Andy: โThis is one of the best selling gin alternatives we sell into pubs and bars. It has a deep pink colour and it contains Yorkshire grown rhubarb โ which tells you everything you need to know about how seriously Pearsons take their ingredients.โ
Tasting Notes: A pleasing combination of sharp and sweet rhubarb with the body and heat of ginger. Classic juniper gin signatures orchestrate a melody of flavour notes, with a slightly tart finish that keeps you coming back.
Serve suggestions: Best mixed with premium tonic water, ginger ale, or ginger beer at a 1:3 ratio. Also excellent with lime and elderflower sparkling water. Not designed to be drunk neat.
