    Polished black onyx is the traditional choice for evening dress, and a solid 9ct gold stitch on each stud gives it a refined point of difference. The gold catches the light against the dark stone without ever competing with it.

    Each stud is made by hand in a Yorkshire workshop from sterling silver and 9ct gold, and hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.

    Made for black tie and equally at home with white tie, they match the onyx and 9ct gold cufflinks for a complete evening set. A considered gift for a wedding, retirement or milestone birthday, presented in a Benson & Clegg box.
