Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at enquiries@trandnova.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning items after delivery.
