Kombat UK Viking Plate Carrier
The
Kombat UK Viking Plate Carrier is a decent bit of kit. It offers lots of molle space and has velcro and internal utility pouches.
Made from 600D Tac-Poly it is hard-wearing and solidly built. It has adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable cummerbund, so it will fit most size players. The padded Airtex panels mean that you will have a good airflow between you and the plate carrier.
There are internal compartments for armour plates and another two internal utility pouches, located in the cummerbands. There a quick release buckle system inside the cummerbund to help with securing it firmly.
The front, rear and sides are covered in molle and give you plenty of space for attaching pouches and other bits of kit to you. This means as well that you can carry a lot of gear and be a walking armoury, should you so choose. On the rear is a drag handle for being pulled out of danger by a colleague.
On the front and rear of the plate carrier is velcro that is attached over molle strips, so you can attach those cool patches and ID patches. It also has two molle mounted bungee fasteners for running stuff like water bladder drinking tubes through. There are also two D-rings on the rear for attaching other kits too.
