A paisley pattern in red ancient madder gives this tie a rich, glowing colour with the characteristic soft bloom of madder. Ancient madder has been printed in England since the 19th century and is known for its deep autumnal colours and smooth, soft finish. Handmade in England from natural ancient madder silk, it ties a neat, tight knot below the collar. It has a 9.5cm blade and an approximate length of 146cm. It works well with navy and grey suiting as well as tweed, and suits both country weekends and the office. Dry clean only. Supplied in a Benson & Clegg presentation sleeve.
