A small but highly dedicated corps, the Royal Army Veterinary Corps is responsible for the provision, care and training of the Army's animals, from horses and military working dogs to regimental mascots. Its numbers include veterinary surgeons, technicians and handlers. This striped three-fold silk reppe tie carries the corps' colours of navy, maroon and gold. Made in England from 100% silk, with a blade width of approximately 9.0cm, it has a firm, ribbed texture and ties a substantial knot. A fitting tie for reunions and Remembrance, and a considered gift for vets and handlers who have served. Dry clean only, and supplied in a Benson & Clegg presentation box.
