This pack includes 1 x Amethyst Tumblestone, 1 x Iolite Tumblestone, 1 x Hematite Polished Tumblestone, 1 x Clear Quartz Tumblestone, and 1 x Bloodstone Tumblestone and comes with a printed guide explaining the various properties of the crystals and instructions on how to get the best out of your pack
Hematite has been selected as it is renowned for aiding weight loss, it helps to stunt any overeating and over indulgence and thus helping you to keep on track with your weight loss program.
Amethyst is chosen as it is known to significantly reduce cravings and hunger pains
Iolite is said to emit vibrations that enable the release of fatty toxins from the body and assists in detox. It's also said to help with reducing cravings and addictions
Bloodstone has also been chosen, this is because Bloodstone is great at cleansing and re-energising the circulatory system which in turn will help make you feel more motivation as more oxygenated blood circulates your system.
Finally we have added Quartz to help amplify all the other crystals and help you achieve your goal.
