A charging cable for the Audi A3 plug-in hybrid, covering the 2014 to 2018 A3 Sportback e-tron, the 2020 to 2024 A3 40 and 45 TFSI e, and the A3 Sportback TFSI e from 2025. All of them charge through a Type 2 inlet, so the lead is a Type 2 to Type 2. Maximum AC rates vary by version: 3.6 kW on the 2014 to 2018 Sportback e-tron, 2.9 kW on the 2020 to 2024 40 and 45 TFSI e, and 11 kW on the 2025 Sportback TFSI e. A UK home supply is single phase, so the car draws at most 7.4 kW at a house and the 32A single phase cable delivers that in full, with the two older versions held lower by their own onboard chargers. Lengths are 5 and 10 metres, with 15 and 20 metres in the 32A single phase cable. Built to IEC 62196-2 and CE certified, IP55 sealed, rated from -30C to +50C, or +60C for the 3-pin.
