The Porsche Taycan is a fully electric performance saloon, delivering exhilarating acceleration and a range of up to 250 miles (400 km) on a single charge. Keeping it charged is simple with the right cable, whether at home or at public charging stations.
The Porsche Taycan uses a Type 2 to Type 2 Charging Cable and has a maximum onboard charging capacity of 11 kW (AC). For the fastest home or public AC charging, we recommend the 3-Phase, 32A cable, which can deliver the full 11 kW and charge from empty to full in around 8 hours. The Taycan also supports DC rapid charging at up to 270 kW, allowing you to add significant range in just minutes at a compatible rapid charger.
