Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your electronics upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item via our Return Portal.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns can also be processed via our Return Portal.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
